Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. The front door will be closed and locked promptly at the start of class to maintain flow and safety. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.

Cancellations + Reschedules

There is a 12-hour reschedule policy for all sessions. If you need to reschedule your class, it must be done prior to 12 hours before class time. Late class cancellations (within 12 hours), will result in a forfeit of the credit, and no-shows will incur a $10 fee and a forfeit of the credit. Late private session cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeit of the credit. To cancel or reschedule, log into the Vagaro website or app.

Refund Policy

All packages and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used by the same client who purchased the package. Packages expire 120 days from purchase date.

Health + Safety

Those with no Pilates experience are highly recommended to start with a private session before signing up for group sessions for safety. If you’re pregnant or working with an injury, please inform your instructor before class so modifications can be made. Grip socks are required.
