The studio is equipped with four industry-leading Merrithew reformers. Our small-group reformer classes are designed to deliver a focused, full-body workout with personalized attention.

Prior Pilates experience is required to ensure a safe and seamless class experience.

$25/session

Mat sessions are small group classes on the mat, sometimes utilizing props such as magic circles, over balls, and hand weights. Mat classes are the perfect way to start your Pilates journey as well as strengthen your practice.

$80/session

Private sessions offer individualized instruction designed to address your specific needs and goals whether you're recovering from injury, managing pain, or seeking to enhance core strength and postural alignment. Private sessions are also a great way to start your Pilates journey to ensure you are ready to enter a group setting and any injuries/limitations have been addressed prior.
