FAQs
What is your cancellation policy?
All class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of your class credit and a $15 late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Do I need Pilates experience to sign up?
No! Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered in class and private/semi-private reformer classes can be tailored to fit your needs.
Do I need to bring anything to my class/session?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks can be used but not required. We provide mats and equipment, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
What is the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses just your body, sometimes props, and a mat. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine (a reformer) with springs for resistance. Both offer healthy movement and great full-body workouts.
